Recently one of our clients was offered what seemed like a great deal on Office 365 from GoDaddy, and initially we thought so too. But then we realized we could not support it through the support normal portal, but would have to login to different portals to manage different aspects. We also found that it was a stripped down version, missing some of the key features. In the end, we realized it was not a good solution, and would cost the client more in the end and the client decided to buy direct from Microsoft.
Even our Microsoft contacts said the GoDaddy deal was bad juju, although they would not out that in writing.
