Requirements
Successful track record in a quota-driven sales
role. Both high-volume outbound call-oriented
experience and outside direct selling experience
with a proven ability to close are relevant.
Demonstrated understanding of effective prospecting,
pipeline management, sales process responsiveness,
and deal closing process imperatives.
Proven success in solution-oriented selling. Ability
to sell effectively against the competition.
Impeccable attention to detail for proposal and
quote generation - and all client communication.
Ability to manage multiple revenue-related
activities while remaining organized and productive.
Relevant account management and customer service
experience.
Knowledge or experience in Public Relations a plus.
We prefer to talk with candidates that have a strong
work ethic, are looking for a professional sales
career, that have outside sales experience, and can
prove a history of success in sales. High school
diploma or equivalent is required and a college
degree is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills; verbal and written
communication skills along with a business presence;
persuasive, enthusiastic, dedicated, competitive;
outstanding people skills; self-motivated; able to
think on feet; ability to analyze/solve problems;
consistent follow-through is essential.
There is an enormous demand right now for qualified
IT help and companies are VERY interested in the
outsourcing model, instead of bringing the
employment in-house. We have an in-house
telemarketing/sales assistant who will call and set
as many appointments as possible.
