I would just like to let you know what an excellent job that Matthew is doing for Truewater. He is one of the best IT people that I have run across in years. I can tell him what I need and it gets accomplished with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. He really knows his stuff.
Kudos to Matthew… Matthew had the dubious honor of picking up the phone when I called in yesterday with a nasty malware problem. It took some time to resolve, but Matthew stuck with it till the end. Thanks Mathew for a great job!

Branden is one of the better techs we've had work on our network, and we have many over the years. I must say, he ranks up there with the very best, and we do indeed appreciate his skill set, attention to detail, and diagnostic abilities.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Ryan Worrell did on our server upgrade. He kept me informed (even when I did not fully understand all the technicalities!) and was always here to work through problems after each major step. He is certainly a hard working and intelligent young man – quite an asset to Truewater.
